CEO Mikael Sjöholm
Mikael, born in 1957, was one of the founders of Image Control Systems before the company became a part of IVISYS AB.
He has been a board member and CEO of IVISYS since 2018.
Mikael co-founded Image Control Systems in 2010 and has grown into a solid business with many international customers outside Sweden prior to joining IVISYS.

Jakob Kesje, chairman of the board
Jakob, born in 1968, is one of the two founders of IVISYS, he has been a board member and CEO of the company since 2013 until 2018. Jakob holds an MBA from CBS, Copenhagen Business School. Jakob is chairman of several company boards and has held multiple CEO positions prior to his position at IVISYS, mainly in the manufacturing industry, for companies such as FrontPac AB, FronPac Tryck AB and Frontprint AB. Moreover, Jakob has launched a number of companies and lead them on a path of continued growth, such as Frontwell AB, Johannesson & Co as well as Via Music.

Moatasem Chehaiber, vice chairman, CTO
Moatasam Chehaiber, born in 1964, founded IVISYS together with Jakob Kesje and has since the launch of the company in 2013 been an executive director. Moatasem is the company CTO and is the inventor of the company’s image processing algorithms. Moatasem holds a B.Sc. in electronics engineering, telecommunications and signal processing from DTU, Technical University of Denmark. He has 20 of years of experience in developing electronic equipment across industries, amongst others as Senior Design Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones. At Nokia, Moatasem was responsible for developing the company’s mobile phone displays.

Lau Normann Jørgensen, non-executive director
Lau, born in 1966, heads Danish lawfirm Kromann Reumert’s technology, media and telecommunications group. Lau acts as Danish counsel to a large number of international technology companies, including TCS, HP, Cisco and Capgemini in their Danish contracts and acquisitions. He has enjoyed the privilege of assisting a number of Denmark’s most successful technology companies, including Milestone Systems, Zyb, Podio and Xstream in their formation, growth and exit. Lau has held the right of audience before the Danish High Court since 1995. He holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from University of Copenhagen and a LL.M, International and EU Law, from Vrije Universiteit in Brussels.

Lars Holmqvist, non-executive director
Lars, born in 1946, has held various positions within the automotive industry and has been the CEO of the European Association for Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) , president of the Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association (FKG) as well as executive director of Henkel, Sweden. Lars has been the driving force behind the development of the company Emissionsteknik. Lars is active in a number of company boards related to the automotive industry, such as Eberspächer Exhaust Technology, Sweden, and AstraZero.

Thomas, born in 1965, has been a member of the board since 2014. Thomas holds an MBA in general business from Durham University.
