Today, the market intelligence provider Frost & Sullivan announced that IVISYS AB (‘IVISYS’) has won Frost & Sullivan’s 2017 ‘Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award’ in the European market, for IVISYS’ machine vision inspection platform.
Based on a comparative industry research report, IVISYS has won the Frost & Sullivan’s “Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award” for 2017.
Frost & Sullivan’s comparative research identifies IVISYS as outstanding for its ability to gain a foothold as an innovative supplier of vision solutions in the manufacturing industry as businesses move towards adopting the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) trend.
“IIoT is a relatively recent trend and many companies are still floundering in its implementation into their businesses. Under such market scenarios and within a short span of four years, Ivisys has been able to establish a strong product portfolio and has expanded its global footprint by successfully catering to the machine vision requirements of its industrial customers,” states Frost & Sullivan’s analyst Nandini Natarajan.
The report is a 10-page analysis of IVISYS’s development and achievements in recent years and it concludes that IVISYS is positioned for growth in the coming years. As the report states:
“Through its strong portfolio of machine vision systems and its unique ability to cater to short series manufacturing, the company has made a distinct mark in the industry. Frost & Sullivan expects Ivisys’s clear understanding of the market and the effectiveness of value generated by its solutions are the two underlying factors expected to encourage the growth of the company in the years to come.”
Frost & Sullivan has 45 offices across the world and has developed an in-depth understanding of how industries operate on a global level.
A hard-earned award
“We managed to build a global company while in the same time, staying on the cutting edge of the technology and keeping a fast moving product development team top tuned. Doing all this simultaneously has been a great challenge. We are pleased to experience that our efforts have been fruitful and are being brought to the attention of a wider audience by Frost & Sullivan,” says CTO of IVISYS Moatasem Chehaiber
“We know that many manufacturing companies and investment firm receives market intelligence from Frost & Sullivan and actively uses this in their decision making. Last year’s acknowledgement from Manufacturing Techs Insight provided some important customer contacts, and this is just so much bigger” says CEO Jakob Kesje.
“Receiving this kind of attention from such prominent firm as Frost & Sullivan is very inspiring and important. As the report points out our products fit right in with the trend of Industrial Internet of Things and we look forward to growing as a provider in this space,” continues Jakob Kesje.
