The way our Tray AI works.
1. Pre-sorting transport
After being washed, the crates are transported through our Tray Inspector system.
2. Pre-sorting separation
The crates are separated to enable both front and backside inspection.
3. Inspection
Based on the sorting criteria chosen, the crates are inspected, and the Tray Inspector verifies that the crates are free from label residue, deformations, and defect bail arms, making sure that they are in the correct position.
4. Sorting
Data from the inspection is compared with the preset tolerances and if a defect is found the system signals to the reject station to remove the crate from the conveyor. The crates and systems condition are logged to a local database.
5. Your data
The crates and systems conditions are logged to a local database and operating data on crates can be presented and reported graphically by our software Data Mine.
